If you are experiencing a power outage:
- Check all breakers
- If you’re experiencing an outage, please check our outage map. If your location does not appear on the map, call our office at 256-586-3196. If your outage is shown, our crew is already aware and working to restore power as quickly as possible.
- Text “outage” to 55050 (must have updated phone number on account)
